What do you live for? is part of my wider research on what drives people’s lives. The film on the Thornton Estate was an insight into the stories and aspirations of its residents. It is meant to be a gift from the local residents to their neighbours on both sides of the Estate’s boundaries. Through the narrations of this stories, the film really aims to lower those barriers often raised as a consequence of preconceptions.
